Ghosts

About

The person who made the decision is usually the one nobody asks.

Businesses spend a lot trying to work out why people buy. Most of it happens well after the decision, once the details have gone soft. The person who actually weighed it up is never asked. A business calls that a lost deal. We call them a ghost.

Ghosts records what would otherwise disappear: the reasoning behind a purchase, from the person who did the reasoning, while it still means something to them.

[A line or two on who's behind Ghosts. For example: "Ghosts is made by Andrew, a marketer who got tired of guessing why buyers walk away."]
