For buyers
Stop giving away
your feedback for free.
You're a considered buyer. You research, compare, weigh up your options and make a call. That experience is valuable to every business you looked at. Ghosts helps you put into words what went into your decision, and share it with businesses prepared to pay to understand it. None of them learn who you are.
I bought somethingYour experience is worth something.
It's valuable
Businesses spend a fortune guessing how people choose. You know, because you did it.
You stay anonymous
No business ever gets your name, your email or anything that points to you.
You choose how much
Stop after the purchase, or tell the whole story. Every stage counts on its own.
We help you say it
A short conversation, one question at a time. No forms, no star ratings.
You share in the value
Your feedback is worth something to businesses. We help careful buyers share in more of that value.
Share a little. Or a lot.
- 1
The purchase
Under a minuteWhat you bought, who you bought it from, and who else was in the running. That's enough to put your decision on the radar: businesses in that category can see it happened, never who made it.
- 2
The debrief
About five minutesYou set the priceThe good bits, on the record: who you weighed up, what made you hesitate, the moment it turned. That's feedback businesses can't get anywhere else, and the kind they'll pay for. You read what we heard, fix anything we got wrong, and set the price. Every business in the category can buy it, not just the one you chose. We get there one question at a time.

The follow-up
Only if you say yesPaid when you answerIf a business wants to know more, it sends its questions through us. You choose whether to answer, and you're paid for your answers on top of the debrief. It never gets your contact details.
What we ask
- What you bought
- Who else you looked at (and how far each got)
- How you researched
- What mattered to you
- What decided it in the end
What we never ask
- What you paid
- Your name, your employer, or anything that points to you
- The name of anyone who served you
Didn't go through with it? That's a decision worth understanding too.
Anonymous and verified. You need both.
Anonymous is why you can be frank.
Ghosts makes it easy to securely and confidentially validate you bought something. Quality information for businesses means more value can be shared back to you.
It's optional. Add a receipt, an invoice, the quotes you got or a booking. We check them, note that it's verified, and delete them. Anything we haven't checked is deleted after 14 days.
