FAQ
Questions people ask us
For buyers
Is this a review site?
- No. A review tells other buyers how it went. A debrief tells the businesses you looked at how you decided, including the ones you didn't choose.
What if I didn't buy anything?
- That still counts. Looking hard and walking away is a decision too, and often the more useful one for a business to hear.
Will a business know it was me?
- No. A business never gets your name or email address. We also hold back detail that could point to you, like exact dates.
Do I get paid?
- You set a price when you list a debrief, and you're paid when a business reads it.
How long does it take?
- Under a minute to log a purchase. About five more for the debrief, if you want to.
Do I need an account?
- No. Your email address saves it to your vault, so you can come back to it. That's all we ask for.
For businesses
What does claiming cost?
- Nothing. Reading full debriefs will cost what the buyer sets.
What can I see?
- What buyers in your categories have logged, as counts. Counts only show once enough buyers sit behind them that no one can be picked out.
Can I remove something a buyer said?
- No. You can reply, and your reply sits beside what they said.
Is it only for big companies?
- No. It works the same for a one-person practice as for a large company.
